1. What products do you sell?

We offer a wide variety of car accessories, including interior and exterior products, tools, maintenance supplies, and more. You can browse our full selection on our store page.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the USA. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We do not offer free shipping, and all shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Page, and we will do our best to help.

6. How do I return an item?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please visit our Contact Page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to initiate the return process.

7. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping carrier’s website.

8. What do I do if my order is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via our Contact Page. We will assist you with the return or replacement process.

9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If an incorrect address is provided and the order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us immediately through the Contact Page, and we’ll do our best to assist.

10. How do I get a refund?
